Yes! When booking any appointment, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the service price is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill upon attendance. Failure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Clients who fail to show up ("no call, no show") for their appointment or cancel less than 24 hours of scheduled session will be automatically charged 100% of the service price.

We get it, life happens! We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time. However, due to the nature of our sacred work, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. 

Any appointment cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 100% service fee charge.

Appointments changed or cancelled less than 24 hours before the service can leave gaps in our schedule that we are unable to fill.

If you decide to cancel your session please note you forfeit your non-refundable deposit which is 50% of the service price.

All services, packages, and deposits are non-refundable.  All sales are final and refunds are not provided as we are a service based business. If you have any questions, thoughts, concerns after services have been rendered please reach out to your practitioner so they may best serve your needs. 

Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late will not extend your session time. If you show up more than five (5) minutes late for your appointment, your session time will be shortened in proportion to the time you are late at your practitioner's discretion. You will still be charged the full session fee amount.

Please call us at if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment. Anyone arriving 10 minutes past session time may be subject to forfeit their deposit and must reschedule their session. A re-booking fee will be added to client's balance and must be paid before rescheduling your late arrival/ missed session. 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

As a result, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of your booked service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.
