We supply our clients with the tools & techniques to turn their trauma into triumph & pain into purpose. We believe in the power of community and surrounding yourself with likeminded beings. Coach Me Lori B cultivates cohorts & 1:1 coaching for clients to connect & correct their habits in productive, safe spaces.
Our Approach
Lori takes a holistic approach to weight loss coaching, focusing on the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. She serves fellow healers like nurses, educators, social workers, doctors, entrepreneurs, etc. by co-creating safe spaces for clients to heal core issues surrounding their health. Her goal is to empower you to make sustainable changes that will improve your health and well-being for life.
Our Story
At Coach Me Lori B, you are in wonderful hands. We walk the walk and talk the talk. We live, breathe & believe everything we teach. We innerstand the struggles of obesity. In 2014, our founder, Coach Lori B., began her weight loss journey. She was obese -- weighing over 240 pounds -- suffering health ailments. In one year, she released over 100 pounds naturally and dedicated her life purpose to educating her community about holistic health through coaching services & yoga experiences.
Yoga & Strings
Yoga & Strings was debuted in July 2023 with great success for the summer and fall seasons. Thank you to all the divine beings who attended Yoga & Strings series. This healing arts experience is back by popular demand for 2024!
